Beyond the ordinary

Your Body’s Needs Can Change

Your body does not always need the same type of treatment. That is why it is important to have a therapist who can read the connective tissue and listen to what the body is communicating. Sometimes muscle tension and trigger points need attention. Other times, swelling or fluid retention may be the primary focus. Some sessions may require fascial work, while others may focus on muscle spasms, restricted mobility, or scar tissue that may be contributing to discomfort.
